1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. When You Can Request a Refund
We will consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Product Not as Described: The product is significantly different from its description, preview, or demo
- Technical Issues: The product files are corrupted, incomplete, or non-functional
- Download Problems: You were unable to download the product due to technical issues on our end
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Compatibility Issues: The product does not work with the software versions specified in the description
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after purchase
- Lack of Expertise: You lack the skills or software needed to use the product
- After Download: More than 14 days have passed since purchase and the product has been downloaded
- Product Matches Description: The product works as described and shown in previews
- Third-Party Issues: Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, or your system configuration

- Provide Details: Include your order number, the product name, and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Evidence: Attach screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem if applicable

- Resolution: We will notify you of the decision and process any approved refunds
5. Refund Timeline
- Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Review Time: Requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund. This may occur when:
- Only part of a bundle or package has issues
- The product is partially functional
- You have used the product in a project before requesting a refund
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- Access to all purchased products may be revoked
- You may be banned from future purchases

8. Seller Refunds
For issues specific to a seller's product:
- We encourage you to first contact the seller directly through their store page
- Many issues can be resolved through seller support (updates, fixes, help with usage)
- If the seller cannot resolve the issue, contact Codexse support
